Sriracha Ranch Cocktail Appetizer Meatballs

I remember the first time that I had the grape jelly and chili sauce meatballs. I am not a huge grape jelly fan but I love the flavor of the combination! I knew that sriracha replacing the chili sauce would really kick up the flavor and make these an unforgettable cocktail meatball recipe! Adding the ranch just adds even more dimension to this recipe.

These meatballs are super flavorful and are full of spiciness! If you don’t want them too spicy, start small with the sriracha and add more to taste. The first time I made these, I added too much sriracha and quickly regretted it!Sweet Sriracha Ranch Meatballs

How to make meatballs in the slow cooker?

Anytime you want to make crockpot meatballs, you should either use frozen, prebaked meatballs, or if you want to use homemade meatballs, make sure to brown them off either in the oven or a skillet beforehand. If you put raw meatballs into your slow cooker, you may get too much fat and grease that cooks off and ruins your sauce.Slow Cooker Sweet and Spicy Cocktail Meatballs

I recommend using my quick meatball recipe below, but as always, save time if you need to and buy the frozen meatballs!
